The legs arrived 7/5/2005 and were set on 7/7/2005 photos coming 7/9 drop by the site and see the progress! Two sections of waist due in two weeks.

Maxim Crane set these parts in about four hours. The first boot started  Almost there! Second boot going on.

Thanks Alamo Concrete!! Thanks Bell Bottom Foundation Company Two giant legs, 3 sections are stacked together. This reaches to mid thigh on the statue. Same picture with a different view. Note the car on right and building in back!

Boots in the background This section fits on the two picture at left. It is the chest area and most of the shoulders. This is actually a pentagon shaped form. This section will be ten foot tall. Note the 24" culverts they will house 14" pipe that will extend 30' into the statue.

This is a view from the inside the left boot. This section is the lower part of the jacket. Note the car on left for size reference. Mr. Warneke inspecting the powder horn. This is two sections of the jacket that will stack on the section pictured on the left.
